Our mission is to provide our clients with high-quality, accessible education and support to help them achieve their goals. We are looking for a Social Media Content Director to join our team and help us build a strong social media presence that aligns with our mission and values.

Job Description:
The Social Media Content Director will be responsible for creating and executing a social media content that engages and grows our audience on Instagram. You will work closely with the marketing team to create content that aligns with our brand messaging and resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy that aligns with our brand messaging and goals
Create engaging and on-brand social media content (e.g., graphics, videos, captions, etc.) that resonates with our target audience.

Repurpose podcast content and workshop recordings and clip into Reels format
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute social media campaigns that drive traffic, leads, and sales
Monitor social media trends and best practices to ensure we stay ahead of the curve and remain relevant
Analyze social media metrics to evaluate the success of our social media strategy and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the education or coaching industry
Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn), trends, and best practices
Proficient at Figma (brand guidelines and templates supplied)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
