Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing and creating engaging content for multiple social media accounts, including roofing contractors, swimming pool contractors, water restoration contractors, and other home service based companies. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Facebook, Instagram, LInkedIn, Content Calendar Softwares, Slack, ClickUp, and various content creation tools.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across multiple platforms.
Create and schedule 20 high-quality social media posts per month for Facebook and Instagram.
Write and publish 2 SEO-optimized blog posts per month for each website.
Design and create engaging visuals using Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
Monitor social media trends and engage with followers to build a strong online presence.
Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Utilize Slack for internal communication and ClickUp for project management.
Track and analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
Familiarity with SEO best practices and content marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with Slack and ClickUp is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
Background in digital marketing or related field.
Knowledge of the home service industry is a plus.
Experience with CRM’s for email and SMS marketing automation.
