Job Description

Social Media Manager & Content Creator Intern
Full Time or Part Time.
Hourly based on Experience.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok)
Create engaging content including images, videos, and graphics
Write compelling copy for social media posts, ads, and promotional materials
Schedule and publish posts using Buffer
Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments and messages promptly
Foster and manage online communities, initiating and participating in relevant conversations
Track and analyze social media metrics, providing regular performance reports
Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and insights
Manage social media campaigns and contests
Requirements:

Strong understanding of major social media platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to learn and effectively use Buffer for scheduling and management
Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Basic video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro)
Creative mindset with strong storytelling skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to build and maintain relationships with followers and influencers
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in social media management, content creation, or community management is a plus
Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights)
