**Role Overview**
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager/Content Creator with SEO expertise to join our team. This is a full-time position where you will manage our social media channels, primarily Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest, and create SEO-optimized content for our webshop. Your goal is to build a strong online presence, engaging community, and improve our search engine rankings.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a festive social media strategy in collaboration with our family team.
• Create and schedule captivating posts that reflect our brand’s magical essence.
• Engage with our online community, respond to comments, and foster positive interactions.
• Monitor social media trends and suggest new ideas to enhance our presence.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and growth.
• Create high-quality, SEO-optimized content for our webshop to improve search engine rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to drive organic traffic.
• Work out further SEO strategies that increase our online presence.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and SEO.
• Strong visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and scheduling tools.
• Creative and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• A passion for Christmas and a creative mindset to bring our brand to life.
Minimal Software skills:
• Basic Video/Audio editing skills (currently using Inshot)
• Photo editing skills – Photoshop/Canva
• Microsoft Word
• Google software suite
• Meta software suite
• Onedrive (media share platform we use)
• Others tools for SEO like Ahref, Semrush, …
About You:
• Excellent communicator in writing.
• IT-savvy with strong web, social media, and SEO skills.

• Experience with other social media platforms or tools.
• Knowledge of holiday and seasonal marketing trends.
• Knowledge of luxury marketing
• Speak Dutch, French, German or Spanish
Salary:
• 3,75€/hour (+-4,07USD) – 650€/month – first 2 months
• 4€/hour (+-4,34USD) – 693€/month – after good evaluation
• Paid weekly at first 2 months afterwards monthly payment
• Monthly pay calculated on a 40 hours work week
