We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing our online presence across various social media platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. Your primary focus will be on scheduling content, optimizing it for search engines, and growing our online community.

Responsibilities:

1. Content Scheduling amd Optimization :
– Utilize tools like Later and YouTube Studio to schedule and publish content effectively.
– Use TubeBuddy and YouTube SEO techniques to optimize videos for maximum visibility and organic reach.

2. Hashtag Research and Optimization:
– Conduct thorough hashtag research on TikTok and Instagram to identify trending and relevant tags for each post.
– Implement strategic use of hashtags to increase discoverability and reach of our content.

3. SEO Optimization:
– Craft SEO-optimized titles and descriptions for YouTube videos to improve search rankings and click-through rates.
– Optimize YouTube tags to enhance the visibility and discoverability of our videos.

4. Analytics and Reporting:
– Monitor social media analytics to track the performance of content and campaigns.
– Provide regular reports on key metrics, trends, and insights to inform future content strategies.

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
– Proficiency in using Later and YouTube Studio for content scheduling and management.
– In-depth knowledge of TubeBuddy and YouTube SEO practices.
– Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram hashtag research techniques.
– Strong understanding of SEO principles and ability to create SEO-optimized titles and descriptions.
– Experience with YouTube tag optimization for improved search rankings.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

– Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
– Flexibility to work 5-15 hours per week, with potential for additional hours in the future.

This is a part-time position with flexible hours and a pay rate ranging between $4 and $7 per hour. The position also offers the opportunity for growth and additional responsibilities as we expand our online presence.
