We are looking for a talented Creative Coordinator to create and maintain a strong online presence for our client’s through creativity and innovation while contributing and enhancing our culture with positivity and motivation.

Job Description:
Adapting Social is seeking a creative, intuitive, and organized Creative Coordinator to join the Account Strategist Department. The ideal candidate is thoughtful, communicative, collaborative and an efficient multitasker. This person will be responsible for creating visually appealing, on-brand assets taking into account performance data and best practices. You’ll have a deep passion for both print and digital design. This person will work closely with the Social Media + Marketing Departments, as well as, collaborating with the rest of the creative team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Copywriting
Sourcing blog relevant and trending topics to schedule in advance.
Research and draft SEO-friendly blog content in the client’s brand voice.

Social Media
Assist in content creation such as; video or photo content, caption creation and reels.
Compile findings from hashtag research to keep strategy current and engagement high.
Research and compile trending audio and visuals on social platforms.
Engage with other accounts on social platforms to increase following and post engagement, using resources available such as; DollarEighty.
Manage social inboxes to ensure messages are responded to within 24 hours.

Marketing
Assist in marketing research such as, competitor analysis, audience sizes for targeting and visual asset examples.
Assist in creating engaging ad copy for relevant platforms.
Record feedback on strategies and relay information to necessary parties to ensure edits take place as soon as possible.
Assist in creating and updating digital strategy guides for new and existing clients.

Administrative
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations.
Assists in scheduling meetings internally and externally.
Take detailed notes on phone calls and provide a full recap
Recording meeting notes in our project management software and compiling action items to create and assign tasks to necessary team members when applicable.
Helps to prepare agendas for meetings in advance, and follows up on projects related to the meeting.
