**Job Description:**

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Content Creator and Manager to join our team remotely in the Philippines. In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging content for our social media channels, managing our social media accounts, and implementing effective strategies to enhance our online presence and drive engagement.

**Responsibilities:**

– Create compelling and visually appealing content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, that aligns with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
– Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to promote our roofing services, special promotions, and brand initiatives.
– Manage our social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, and monitoring engagement and interactions with our audience.
– Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and provide insights and recommendations for optimizing our social media strategy and content.
– Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to coordinate social media efforts and ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing, content creation, and digital advertising.

**Requirements:**

– Proven experience as a social media content creator, manager, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your content creation skills and achievements.
– Proficiency in using social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, for business purposes.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
– Creative thinking and a keen eye for design, with the ability to develop visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
– Strong analytical skills and experience using social media analytics tools to track performance metrics and measure the success of social media campaigns.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment, with a proactive and results-driven approach to achieving goals.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

– Experience working in the construction, home improvement, or related industries.
– Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for optimizing content for search engines.
– Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
– Understanding of basic video editing techniques and tools.
