Job Description

Looking for a creative, organized individual to help with managing our social media channels and customer service inquiries.
We are a smaller, but fast growing brand that sells primarily to women between the ages of 24-45.

As our Social Media Manager, you will:

-Craft compelling and engaging content that will engage, inspire and educate our community.
-Be the voice of the brand on social media platforms and engage with our community.
-Stay ahead of the game with the latest social media trends and tools.
-Measure and analyze the success of our social media campaigns and use your findings to drive strategy.
-Work directly with the founder (that’s me!) to create content.
-Manage and execute our content calendar.
-Manage our brand ambassador/affiliate program
– Provide EXCELLENT customer service

The ideal candidate will have:

-A passion for social media and a creative flair.
-Experience with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest) and analytics tools
-An eye for design and the ability to create eye-catching graphics in Canva
-Great organizational skills

Schedule: Schedule is very flexible. Only requirement is to meet regularly (once a week) with the team during MST business hours. Onboarding and initial 30 days may require more frequent meetings.

Location: Fully remote. All you need is internet, a phone and a computer. And a pulse. 😉
