Reporting directly to our Creative Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the online presence of our diverse range of clients. You your role is crucial in enhancing our client’s digital presence and engagement. In this innovative role, you will be at the forefront of interacting with audiences through our clients’ social media accounts, tracking your activities meticulously, and engaging in basic conversations with responsive individuals. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape our clients’ online interactions, making a significant impact on their social media strategy.
What You’ll Do:
1. Social Media Engagement Mastery
* Oversee the scheduling and posting of content across various social media platforms.
* Collaborate with creative teams to ensure timely and impactful content delivery.
* Maintain a detailed posting calendar and ensure all content goes live as planned.
* Log into various client accounts to interact with their audience on social media platforms.
* Boost online presence by engaging with posts and comments, ensuring consistency with the client’s brand voice.
* Be responsible for at least 30 meaningful interactions per client account each day.
2. Caption Crafting & Client Collaboration
* Use your wordsmith skills to write engaging, brand-aligned captions for social media posts.
* Liaise with clients to get captions reviewed and approved, incorporating their feedback effectively.
* Adapt your writing style to suit a variety of client voices and target audiences.
3. Meticulous Tracker and Reporter
* Keep track of all your daily social media activities.
* Summarize your day’s work with End of Day (EOD) reports, providing insights into your engagement strategies.
4. Conversational Maestro
* Engage in basic yet impactful conversations with individuals responding to your engagements.
* Address queries, provide information, and escalate issues when necessary while
