Our company is currently looking for a Social Media Manager / Lead Generator, to be part of its growing team. The Social Media Manager / Lead Generator will collaborate on long-term strategy and daily social media presence for the company. You will drive the quality and standards for all content published on social media accounts for the company, as well. You will frequently track and report campaign performance to management and key stakeholders. In this role, you will test campaigns, measure results, and apply your learnings to create a successful social media strategies.
You will shape the voice and tone of all of our social media platforms at large. You will also research and understand King Arthur’s core audience, and will strategize the best ways to present our content on platforms which may include sites like: Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc. Likewise, you will also make decisions about which platforms and social-media posts are the right fit for our company, and the ones that are not.
Marketing, lead acquisition, and demand generation are the supporting foundation of our growth and success. We’re looking for someone who is extremely passionate about lead generation, lead acquisition and lead conversions. They have a fire in their belly for acquiring and converting leads, and analytics is your best friend. They have experience developing and executing omnichannel marketing strategies and are comfortable simultaneously working on social media content creation.
Duties & Responsibilities:
– Develop, implement, and manage the development of social media campaigns and brand initiatives including engagement strategy, creative strategy and deliverables, content, and ensuring the brand is unified and cohesive.
– Create and curate engaging content (including graphics, videos, and written content) for all our social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
– Monitor social media accounts and engage with followers and fans to build brand loyalty and grow our online community
– Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to optimize our social media strategy
– Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices and make recommendations to improve our social media presence
– Meet lead generation and conversion goals utilizing effective tactics.
– Develop cadences for inbound leads to drive more conversions and identify ways to generate more revenue for all sources and lead types.
– Manage any lead generation and lead aggregator partners, holding them to a standard of excellence and regularly reporting on their results.
– Continuously find and vet new lead aggregator partners and sources.
– Utilize third party consumer data to align marketing targets and tactics to our core audiences.
– Function as the company’s internal lead nurturing and conversion expert in the areas of email, text, and direct mail functions as a part of our overall marketing strategy.
– Manage all email, text, retargeting, and direct mail marketing campaigns, workflows, and functions and suggest the use of new tactics and channels as appropriate.
– Analyze data (contact rates, etc.) that drive excellence in the areas of call, email, text, and digital marketing cadences to continuously optimize conversion rates.
Required Qualifications:
– At least 2 years of experience as a social media manager
– At least 1 year experience as a lead generator
– Proven ability to interact with, and deliver successful campaigns for clients
– Ability to meet deadlines and post to social media accounts in real time, with little need for oversight
– Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
– Minimum 1 year of experience in setting up and managing campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google PPC, or YouTube
– Strong ability to forecast, see trends and act
– Extremely tech-savvy and able to learn new software programs for use in decision-making
– Deep understanding of the entire digital/social media ecosystem
– Experience with project management, community management, analytics, paid digital advertising, and/or content development preferred.
– Excellent command over writing in English for global clientele, especially the USA.
– An effective writing style that is fresh, consistent, and engaging.
– Exceptional research skills to come up with informative and original content.
– A good eye for detailing, with excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills.
*******The position is part-time, 25 hours per week, Monday-Friday, United States Eastern Time. Hours are flexible each week!
