As a Social Media Manager & E-Commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, creating engaging content, and setting up and optimizing our Amazon and Facebook stores. Additionally, you will ensure our website on the Wix platform is up-to-date and fully integrated with our e-commerce strategies. Your goal will be to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our online stores, and boost sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest.
Create, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content (both written and visual) on social media platforms.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance and achieve goals.
Set up and optimize our Amazon and Facebook stores to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
Create and manage product listings, ensuring accurate and attractive product descriptions, images, and pricing.
Implement and manage advertising campaigns on Amazon and Facebook to drive traffic and sales.
Ensure our Wix website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and fully integrated with our social media and e-commerce efforts.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing goals.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategies fresh and effective.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, E-Commerce Specialist, or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
Experience with setting up and managing online stores on Amazon and Facebook.
Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Experience with the Wix platform, including site management and integration.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of the fashion industry is a plus.
