Job Description:
We are looking for a talented individual who excels at social media management and virtual assistant tasks. This role requires a deep understanding of social media dynamics, graphic design capabilities, proficiency in AI tools like ChatGPT, and exceptional email management skills. The successful candidate will manage our social media profiles, create engaging content, assist in various administrative tasks, and help maintain effective communication channels.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness. Schedule and post content across platforms.
Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for social media posts and other marketing materials using tools like Canva.
Use of AI Tools: Leverage AI technologies such as ChatGPT to optimize content creation and customer interaction.
Email Management: Organize and manage email communications, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Requirements:

Strong expertise in social media platforms and strategies.
Proven graphic design skills with a portfolio of work.
Experience with AI tools, specifically ChatGPT, for content creation and communication.
Excellent email management abilities.
Superior communication skills and proficiency in English.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
