Hello! We are seeking a highly organized Virtual Executive Assistant/Social Media manager to support the Influencer who owns our company. The right candidate will have strong social media management and graphic design experience, and will be knowledgeable with current social media trends (especially related to organic traffic), and also have executive/personal assistant experience.
This position requires the candidate to work between 9 AM to 5 PM CST and the candidate must have excellent spoken English, to the point of being able to effectively communicate with vendors in the US via telephone.
Responsibilities, listed in order of importance:
Social Media Management (50% of the position):
• Manage our social media posting schedule for our owner and associated brands
• Write captions and effective hashtags for social media posts
• Schedule and publish posts on social media platforms
• Create and post story content on social media platforms
Graphic Design (20% of the position):
• Design promotional content for social media stories
• Design graphics for webinars
• Other graphic design projects
Back-end Administrative (30% of the position):
• Prepare daily and weekly reports
• Personal scheduling/tasks for Influencer (such as personal appointments, travel, etc)
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Executive Assistant or similar administrative role
• Strong graphic design skills, with experience using the design software Canva.
• Strong social media management experience
• Video editing experience a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in preferred
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Must be able to work between 9 AM to 5 PM CST
• Must be a fluent English speaker with excellent spoken English, able to communicate effectively with US-based vendors via telephone.

Job Compensation: Pay up to $10 US Dollars Per Hour, 30-60 hours per week
