Client Overview:
*Our client, Jessica, is a branding and marketing genius, and she needs a unicorn to create content, manage her social media, and help her with administrative tasks. She has an awesome personality, and you’ll definitely like her!

Client Requirements:
*Must be able to work 10am – 2pm Pacific Time (US)
*Females are encouraged to apply!
*Must have Social Media Management experience
*Must have Content Creation experience
*Must be proficient in video editing
*Must have Canva experience
*Must be super organized with great attention to detail
*Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control.
*Proven experience as an Admin Assistant or in a similar role.
*Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities/Tasks:

Administrative Support:
*Manage emails
*Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations and ensure consistency in workflow.
*Schedule and block time on calendars based on tasks in Asana, ensuring efficient time management and task prioritization.
*Book flights

Social Media and Content Creation:
*Create content for social media
*Design graphics
*Video Editing
