Job Description

We are looking for a talented and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team at Clicker Store (). As a Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, drive engagement, and increase sales. We are specifically seeking candidates who have experience in managing social media for eCommerce businesses and who have the ability to build an online store from scratch.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to promote Clicker Store and drive traffic to our eCommerce platform.
Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest, to attract and retain our target audience.

Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop visually appealing and compelling social media assets that align with our brand identity.

Monitor social media trends, tools, and techniques to stay ahead of the competition and effectively optimize our social media presence.

Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner, maintaining a positive brand image.

Utilize social media analytics to track and analyze the performance of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and new social media platforms relevant to the eCommerce industry.
Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the eCommerce sector.

Demonstrated success in managing social media platforms for eCommerce businesses and driving engagement and sales.

Proficiency in building an eCommerce store from scratch, including experience with platforms such as Wix.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest, and their respective advertising and analytics tools.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive content for various social media platforms.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and generate actionable insights.

Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative social media campaigns to attract and retain our target audience.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Bonus Points:

Experience in building and managing an eCommerce store (Wix) from scratch.

Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing techniques to drive organic traffic to the eCommerce store.

Note: This role is part time.
