## The Role:

In this role, you’ll be the voice and face of our brand, creating engaging content (including selfie videos), managing our community, and driving campaigns that showcase our expertise in the VA industry.

## Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement innovative social media strategies for our company
– Create engaging text, image, and video content, including selfie videos
– Confidently appear in video content, representing our brand with authenticity and charisma
– Manage our social media community, engaging with followers and potential clients
– Conduct live-streaming sessions and create short-form video content
– Design and manage social media campaigns to attract both potential VAs and clients
– Analyze key metrics and refine our social media strategy
– Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and VA industry developments
– Collaborate with our team to create content that highlights our services and company culture
– Occasionally share social media tips and best practices with our VA team

## Requirements:

– Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager
– Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
– Hands-on experience in content creation and management
– Comfortable creating selfie videos and being the face of our brand
– Solid knowledge of social media analytics and advertising
– Understanding of the virtual assistant industry (preferred)
– Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
– Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
– Filipino citizen residing in the Philippines
