And it is for multiple social media platforms

1. Content Creation and Curation:
• Create engaging, brand-consistent content across all social media platforms.
• Curate relevant content to reach the audience most likely to engage, share, and convert.
• Create and edit video content showcasing your DJ sets, entrepreneurship journey, fitness routines, and other aspects of your lifestyle.
2. Social Media Management:
• Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns, including posts.
• Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
3. Audience Engagement:
• Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
• Foster a sense of community among followers, encouraging conversations and connections.
• Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation.
4. Analysis and Reporting:
• Compile reports for management showing results (ROI).
• Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO, and social advertising campaigns.
5. SEO and SMO Optimization:
• Optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the social content.
• Implement SEO best practices to drive traffic to your social media platforms and ultimately to your website. (Website will be ready soon)
6. Advertising:
• Create, manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms.
7. Learning and Growth:
• Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness and the social media algorithm.
8. Project Management:
• Work alongside other departments to manage brand and campaign projects from conception through delivery.
9. Networking:
• Build relationships with community members, industry professionals, and influencers which will be crucial for the growth of your social media platforms.

10. Analysis and Reporting:
• Analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve engagement and reach.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Proficiency in many social media platforms.
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
• Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels.
• Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Multitasking and analytical skills.
