Social Media Manager (EXPERTS ONLY)

What’s The Role?
In this role you will work closely with Shopé and his team to plan, create, schedule and post entertaining content that helps promote Shopé’s personal brand across multiple social medial platforms.
Your focus will be identifying and creating quality content, pitching content ideas, planning a content schedule and posting to Shopé’s social media platforms.
You will spend a great deal of time planning, editing, organizing and posting content.
Shope’s personal content team plays a vital role in growing not only his influence but also the associated businesses, which include a clothing line.

Essential Job Responsibilities
* Consult with the team from production to post-production process & content strategy
* Suggest topics for content creation
* Create content for TikTok, Instagram Reel, and YT Shorts
* Input trending music/sounds/effect, graphics, captions, etc. to make engaging content
* Optimize posts for different social media platforms (Youtube, Youtube Shorts, Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIN)
* Posting & distributing content onto YouTube Shorts, Tik Tok & IG Reels, Facebook, LinkedIN
* Adapt content to the unique features of different social media platforms
* Attend weekly meetings
* Continuously discover and implement new edits to improve performance
Required Skills (Technical)
– Very knowledgeable about different social media platforms (i.e. what makes them similar and what makes each different)
– Very Fluent in both written and spoken English (including grammar).
– You have excellent writing skills and your English is IMPECCABLE!
– Extremely organized and able to successfully manage multiple projects at different stages of completion
– Demonstrable experience editing videos specifically for TikTok, IG Reels and Youtube Shorts.
– Understand the TikTok, IG Reels, YT Shorts algorithms & key metrics to grow.
– Experienced with editing softwares (ie. Capcut)
– Good with special effects, motion graphics, etc.
– Strong time management, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
– Creative mind and storytelling skills

– Obsessed with everything to do with social media. You live and breathe it.
– Understand internet meme and debate culture
– Loves to stay up to date with social media culture and trends
– Flexible and very adaptable to change
– Self-directed and independent self-starter without need for constant supervision
