Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
Help manage and maintain social media accounts across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter(X), TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, including text, images, and videos with help from Marketing Director
Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns
Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track performance and make data-driven decisions
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
Assist with Quarterly Marketing Promotions, Local Store Marketing, Events, Brand Awareness and more.

Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong proofreading and editing abilities
Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Facebook, Instagram TikTok, and Linked In)
Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track social media performance
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and strategies
Understanding of e-commerce platforms and online marketing techniques
video and Photo editing skills for creating short promotional videos
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
