WHAT YOU’LL DO WITH THE TEAM
The social media will be responsible for handling tasks like:
1. Scheduled Analytics & progress reports
2. Working with the content creation team to Schedule content & plan campaigns
3. Respond & engage with the community in comments, etc.
4. Look for Monetization opportunities, with other brands/partners.
5. Assist in the Development of growth strategies
Our workplace prioritizes creating a close-knit community within our team, and is looking for a positive, forward-minded individual who has strong communication skills! This is a collaborative position that will assist in both completing tasks and administering them, so we are looking for someone who knows how to be self-accountable with their time and commitment.
Proficiency in Social Media software such as YouTube, Meta, Tiktok, etc.
Strong creative vision and attention to detail to produce appealing and on-brand ideas.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a remote team environment.
Excellent organizational skills to manage digital assets efficiently.
Passion for storytelling and eagerness to adapt to evolving trends in social media.
Initially starting at 20 hours per week, with potential for full-time transition as the company grows and your role evolves.
Flexible work schedule: 4 hours per day, 5 days a week, or 8 hours for 2 days a week (weekends).
