Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to oversee our digital content and foster engaging online communities. You will be instrumental in shaping our brands’ online presence, driving engagement, and enhancing our marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
– Market Research: Conduct in-depth analyses of our target market and competitors to refine our brand positioning.
– Marketing Strategy Development: Craft integrated marketing strategies for deployment across all social media platforms.
– Content Creation: Conceptualize and execute social media campaigns and content that resonate with our target audience by leveraging seamless storytelling.
– Brand Communication: Highlight unique selling propositions through creative and strategic efforts.
– Analytics and Reporting: Analyze social media content’s effectiveness through KPI analysis and provide end-of-the-month reviews.
– Content Scheduling: Manage a content calendar recommending 7 posts per week per brand ranging from graphics, reels, and carousels across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
– Community Engagement: Allocate specific times daily for engagement activities with related accounts to boost visibility, interaction, increase followers, and facilitate brand partnerships.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with a portfolio demonstrating direct involvement in content creation and brand management.
– Excellent command of written English with impeccable grammar and storytelling skills.
– Experienced in using Canva Pro, CapCut, and other multimedia editing tools.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with strict deadlines.
– Familiarity with real estate investing, travel, and Christian values and themes as it informs much of our content creation.
