**Overview:**
Join Pryzma as a Social Media Manager, where you’ll manage the social media presence for multiple e-commerce brands. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, team player with proven experience in driving brand success on social platforms.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Craft and execute social media strategies to meet client goals.
– Create compelling content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, TikTok, and Pinterest.
– Monitor and engage with social media communities professionally and promptly.
– Develop and schedule monthly and quarterly content plans.
– Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization.
– Stay current with industry trends and platform updates.
– Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
– Set up and manage client social media accounts.

**Requirements:**

– Extensive experience managing social media for e-commerce or brands.
– Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Proven success in executing social media campaigns.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop and Adobe Express.

**Compensation:**
– Pay rate based on experience.
– Benefits after 90 days: birthday leave, 8 Philippine holidays, and 13th-month pay.

**Details:**

– Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, EST (7:00-4:00 pm)
– Remote – Work from Home, with a backup power source.
