Takt Agency is a growth agency working with b2b growth and part-owned ventures located in Oslo Norway. We specialize in creating efficent growth strategies and part of our work consists of video content and social media publications that help us position the brands and build awareness.

This is a remote position, and we are specifically looking for a highly organized individual with exceptional English verbal and written skills.

Responsibilities:
Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) for various brands and clients.
Create and schedule engaging social media posts using provided templates and content library.
Utilize Instagram’s search functions to identify potential local clients and engage with them through likes, comments, and messages (needs to translate text to norwegian when doing so with norwegians).
Optimize social media strategies for maximum reach and engagement.
Utilize project management tools such as Asana to stay organized and track progress and timeusage.
Participate in bi-weekly status meetings during Norwegian work hours (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM).
Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual aesthetics.
Conduct SEO optimization to improve search engine rankings for social media.

Requirements:
Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience managing social media platforms, particularly Instagram.
Familiarity with project management tools like Asana.
Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe Premiere.
Understanding of SEO optimization techniques for social media.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new skills.
Reliable high-speed internet connection.
Experience in customer care and relationship management.

Salary and Hours:
Monthly salary: 120$
