We are looking to build a robust social media presence to expand our reach, engage with our audience, and enhance our brand. We are seeking a talented and driven Social Media Manager to join our team and help us achieve these goals.

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience in content creation, social media management, and audience engagement. You will work closely with Mike to create and manage content that highlights his expertise in real estate, AI, and other business ventures.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a social media strategy across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Create engaging and relevant content, including photos, videos, and posts, based on Mike’s day-to-day activities, company meetings, and personal journal entries.
Schedule and post content consistently, ensuring a steady online presence.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions on all platforms.
Analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into the content strategy.
Collaborate with Mike to film content once a week and repurpose existing materials.
Edit videos and manage the entire content creation process from start to finish.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in content creation, including photography and video editing.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with real estate and AI industries is a plus.
