What is Sunsetcrew?

Sunsetcrew is a vibrant community founded in March 2021, situated in Gold Coast, Australia. We foster meaningful conversations surrounding life and mental health, providing a supportive platform for diverse individuals. Our foundational event, “We’re All Humans,” is a free, weekly gathering that drives our community. In addition, we’ve ventured into paid sessions such as the Entrepreneur Roundtable and Nature Walk.

We’ve recently expanded our horizons, hosting a connection session in Airlie Beach, a traveler hotspot that inspired us to explore connection sessions during travels. We’re transitioning our strategic direction to emphasise launching online sessions, granting access to a global audience. Our online sessions focus on uniting individuals with shared interests and nurturing connections among them:

– **Flourish:** An accountability session designed for those who seek a space to set intentions, work towards goals, and connect with like-minded individuals.
– **Love Your Smile:** A session catering to young people aged 14-18, offering a platform to connect, meet new peers, and discuss their unique journeys.
– **The Next Flight:** Welcoming backpackers to share their travel experiences, cope with backpacker depression, and discuss the challenges of returning home.
– **Leading with Love:** A gathering of community leaders and mental health advocates from around the world, coming together to drive change in the mental health space.

Our vision is to make a global impact on the way people connect and converse, providing a platform that encourages deeper, more meaningful conversations.

Who Will You Be Working With?

You will be working closely with me, Kai, the founder of Sunset crew and an entrepreneur at heart. I bring a background in project management and a passion for team building. My extensive experience includes building teams in the Philippines. My time travelling across your beautiful country further fueled my belief in the pivotal role of people and processes in achieving success.

I’m deeply passionate about mental health and self-care. As a visionary with an endless list of ideas, my primary focus is on outreach to new individuals, session planning, and various administrative tasks to grow my business. I fully recognise the value of branding and social media but require some assistance in this domain. I have abundant content and many ideas regarding our brand’s direction, and I’m eager to work alongside a talented individual to bring these visions to life.

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to take ownership of Sunsetcrew’s marketing and help solidify our brand’s identity. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
