Key Responsibilities:
SEO Optimization:
Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing topics and trends in the health and nutrition niche.
Implement on-page SEO strategies for videos, including title, description, tags, and relevant keywords.
Continuously monitor and analyze video performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve rankings and visibility.
Content Strategy:
Collaborate with the content creation team to develop a content calendar aligned with target audiences and business objectives.
Utilize industry insights to identify content gaps and opportunities for new video ideas.
Ensure video content is well-structured, engaging, and follows best practices for audience retention.
Thumbnails and Visual Optimization:
Create eye-catching and clickable custom thumbnails to increase click-through rates and video discoverability.
Ensure branding consistency and visual appeal across all video thumbnails.
Audience Engagement:
Social Media Management:
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
Manage and oversee social media content on platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
Measure the success of every social media campaign.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Organic Growth:
Use organic growth strategies to increase followers and engagement across all platforms.
Engage with our online community regularly and build a loyal customer base.
Paid Advertising:
Design and oversee all aspects of our Facebook, YouTube, and Google Ads campaigns.
Monitor and optimize ad performance, ensuring maximum ROI.
E-commerce Promotion:
Develop strategies to promote our e-commerce store and drive sales.
Experience in promoting and selling supplements is a plus.
Video Editing:
Edit and produce engaging video content for our social media platforms and advertisements.
Collaborate with our content team to ensure the video content aligns with our brand and message.
Overall Management:
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams.
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Expertise in multiple social media platforms.
Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels.
Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively.
Excellent communication skills.
Multitasking and analytical skills.
Compensation:
Starting at $3/hour.
