Social Media Manager for Virtual Assistant Staffing Agency

We are seeking a creative and talented Social Media Manager to join our virtual assistant staffing agency. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You will be tasked with increasing our agency’s online presence, building our brand identity, and engaging with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement our social media strategy, including creating content calendars and posting schedules
Manage and grow our agency’s social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and other engagement on our social media platforms
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
Collaborate with our marketing team to create engaging content for social media platforms
Create and manage social media advertising campaigns to reach our target audience
Use analytics tools to track and report on social media performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve our strategy
Manage social media influencer partnerships and outreach programs
Build relationships with other businesses and individuals in our industry to expand our social media reach

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in a virtual assistant staffing agency or related industry
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools, and ability to interpret and analyze data
Ability to create engaging content and develop a social media strategy
Familiarity with social media advertising campaigns and best practices
Strong project management skills and ability to work independently
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
