You got what it takes to engage with & grow our passionate online community of bikini & lingerie enthusiasts (Wicked Weasel)?

This position will work closely with the existing Social Media Managers/Specialist and Marketing Manager and is expected to:

Manage all customer comments and inquiries across all our social media pages, and alert customer service team for questions
In charge of all social listening for the brand, locating conversations happening around the web about the brand, and responding appropriately (also communicating requests for repost, etc.)
In charge of content planning and social media copywriting based on existing marketing calendars
Repost all stories and feed mentions of the brand with minimal editing for aesthetics and branding purposes
Research trending Facebook and Instagram Reels and Short Clips
Serve as support to existing Graphics Curator
Strategize with the team how to increase page engagement, grow followers, and be able to execute on those ideas on your own and/or with your team
Search, contact and manage relationships with potential brand ambassadors for our developing affiliate program
Formulate branding strategies requested by marketing department (of course, we’ll want your input, too)
Help execute special marketing projects
Report on page growth numbers/ assigned metrics

Skills & Experience Requirements
With 2-3 years of relevant and extensive experience in answering online communities on social media pages, including Pinterest, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube pages.
Natural ability to serve customers by providing product and service information and resolving problems as needed.
Have a marketer’s eye. Know what’s on brand, and what’s off brand when communicating with customers/influencers, and creating simple images, reels, and video clips
Influencer or affiliate marketing experience is a plus!
Easily adaptive to fast-paced marketing environments
Excellent written English is a must, understanding of times where it’s appropriate to use slang & market lingo
Basic understanding of posting/scheduling posts on all social media platforms
Should have basic knowledge of simple video editing for reels and Adobe Photoshop or other editing tools for images
Should have experience in using ChatGPT or related softwares
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Flexibility to accommodate additional tasks if and when required

Bonus Skills/Experience
Content/ copywriting experience
Can provide portfolio of past projects that show successfully managed social media page growth for businesses or social media influencers

Workstation Requirements
Mac or PC with at least 8GB of RAM and stable Internet connection

Work Arrangements:
This position requires 40 hours a week with an 8-hour block availability from Monday to Friday between 7am to 7pm AEST.
