Position Overview

This position’s primary focus is to create an organized and supportive environment for my online business and to help me stay organized and on task as I create new content (both paid and free) to support customers and potential customers.

Hours/Place of Work

This is virtual work-from-home. Also, because our business uses an online launching business model, a few times per year there will be the need to work additional hours on evenings and weekends preparing for program launches. This position will report directly to our Founder while also working closely with other key members of the team.

Duties and Responsibilities
Our Virtual Assistant will be responsible for ongoing support for our business and our team. You will:

Manage social media accounts
Simple blog design based on templates
Content creation
Simple graphic post design in Canva
YouTube/Tik-Tok / IG video editing and creation based on clear guidelines
YouTube management (uploading videos)
Word Press management
Review email materials, posts, and blog posts prior to distribution for accuracy

If you have experience in the following areas, it’s a PLUS!
Active Campaign
Tailwind for Pinterest
Google Suite (mail, docs, drive, calendar), Dropbox, Slack, and Help Scout
Yoast SEO

You are a good communicator, which means that you understand that I’m here to help you do your work and you openly ask questions and whatever you need
You have the ability to interact well with online communities. My niche is sensitive, and people are vulnerable.
You possess creative problem solving skills.

What I Do
I help high achieving women who are anxious love seekers become secure love creators. In other words, I help them find love with men who are ready for commitment and not someone who is stringing them along. I specialize in attachment theory.

A part of my business is therapy, but for this position I’m looking for someone who can help me build online business, selling courses. I believe with this little service, I can help more than just the women I serve. I hope that future generations will be more secure and happier than people today.
