## Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager, Graphic Designer, and Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our studio’s social media presence, creating engaging graphic content, and providing comprehensive virtual assistance to support the studio and all our artists.
## Responsibilities
### Social Media Management
– Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
– Create and schedule engaging content that aligns with the studio’s brand and voice
– Monitor and respond to social media interactions and messages
– Analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
– Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
### Graphic Design
– Design visually appealing graphics for social media posts, website content, and marketing materials
– Collaborate with artists to create promotional materials for their work and events
– Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity
– Edit and enhance images and videos to be used across various platforms
### Virtual Assistance
– Provide administrative support to the studio and artists, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files
– Assist in the preparation and distribution of newsletters and press releases
– Conduct research and gather information as needed for various projects
– Handle email correspondence and maintain an organized inbox
– Coordinate events, exhibitions, and other studio-related activities
## Requirements
– Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Graphic Designer, and/or Virtual Assistant
– Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices
– Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Highly organized with strong attention to detail
– Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
– Basic understanding of the art industry and a passion for supporting artists is a plus
