Social Media Manager/ Graphic designer

We’re a fast-paced, remote, digital agency with a growing team and client list. We’re looking for someone who is ready to jump in and stay with us for the long haul!

Our ideal candidate is creative, organized, and can handle social media marketing and management duties for three to four clients at a time.

**Responsibilities and Duties

*Our social media marketers are responsible for:
-Developing and implementing a social media strategy based on each client’s business and ideal client
-Creating and managing a content calendar for each client
-Designing graphics, short-form videos, and captions for organic social media posts
-Scheduling posts in Later
-Providing daily engagement for each client
-Measuring and delivering a monthly report on the success of social media posts/campaigns
-Understanding and providing feedback on our social media process
-Updating our CRM (ClickUp) with the status of assigned tasks
-Attending weekly team meetings to report progress

*Inside the Business
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Project Manager and Client Concierge to gather client login details and provide up-to-date progress reports.

There is little to no client interaction.
