**Job Description: Social Media Manager, Graphic Designer, and Content Planner**

KultreMedia LLC is a US based Minority Owned Advertising Agency. We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Social Media Manager, Graphic Designer, and Content Planner. This unique role requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and technical skills to create compelling content, manage social media channels, and plan marketing campaigns.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Social Media Management**
– Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
– Monitor, engage, and respond to audience interactions, comments, and messages to maintain a positive brand presence.
– Analyze social media metrics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for content optimization.
2. **Graphic Design**
– Design and create high-quality visuals for social media posts, website content, marketing materials, and other communication channels.
– Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
– Stay up to date with design trends and incorporate fresh ideas into visual content.
3. **Content Planning**
– Develop a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with the overall marketing strategy and key business goals.
– Brainstorm, write, and edit engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
– Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely content creation and publication.
4. **Collaboration and Strategy**
– Work closely with marketing, sales, and other internal teams to understand business objectives and contribute to strategic planning.
– Participate in regular brainstorming sessions to develop innovative content ideas and campaigns.
– Assist in creating and executing social media campaigns, contests, and events to increase brand awareness and engagement.
**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience in social media management, graphic design, and content planning.
– Proficiency in graphic design software (Canva, Capcut, Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
– Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
**Preferred Skills and Experience:**
– Experience with social media analytics tools (Planoly, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer).
– Video editing skills (e.g., Capcut).
– Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
– Understanding of brand voice and style guidelines.
