As a Social Media Marketing and Outreach Specialist, you’ll be responsible for crafting and executing strategic social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. Your role involves utilizing various platforms to reach and connect with target audiences, fostering relationships, and driving traffic to the company’s digital assets. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and stay updated on industry trends to optimize campaign performance.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve marketing goals.
2. Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and interactive elements.
3. Manage social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
4. Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and conversations relevant to the brand and industry.
5. Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
6. Conduct outreach campaigns to build relationships with influencers, partners, and industry professionals.
7. Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all social media channels.
8. Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
9. Stay informed about emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
10. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
11. Proven experience in driving traffic for e-commerce through social media channels, with a focus on optimizing conversion rates and generating sales.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
· Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in a similar role.
· Strong understanding and demonstrated proficiency in multiple social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
· In-depth knowledge of platform-specific features, algorithms, and best practices for maximizing engagement, reach, and lead generation.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content tailored to each platform.
· Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
· Ability to adapt strategies and content to suit the unique characteristics of each platform.
· Experience in influencer marketing and community management across various platforms is a plus.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Proven track record in lead generation through social media channels, with the ability to translate engagement into qualified leads.
· Knowledge of SEO principles and content marketing strategies is desirable.
· Evaluation of candidates will include assessing their track records of driving growth, engagement, lead generation, and conversion on social media platforms, with a focus on metrics such as followers/fans growth, reach, impressions, engagement rate, lead acquisition, and conversions.
