Job Description

As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will work closely with our photography and design teams to create compelling content and engage with our community.

Responsibilities:

Platform Selection & Strategy:
Research and identify the best social media platforms based on our target audience.
Develop and implement a tailored social media strategy, including defining clear goals, audience personas, and content pillars.

Content Creation & Curation:
Produce high-quality content that highlights our photography skills through photos, virtual tours, and behind-the-scenes footage.
Curate relevant content from real estate agents, designers, and influencers.
Write engaging captions that tell a story and effectively utilize hashtags.

Community Management:
Manage day-to-day handling of all social media channels, adapting content to suit different channels.
Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote your organization and brand.
Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.

Social Media Advertising:
Plan and execute targeted ad campaigns, and analyze their effectiveness to optimize future campaigns.

Lead Generation:
Design and implement lead capture forms and nurturing campaigns to convert leads into clients.
Content Marketing:
Develop educational content for real estate agents, such as blog posts, infographics, and ebooks.
Website Optimization:
Ensure the company website is optimized for user experience and lead generation.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor and report on performance metrics, analyze data, and translate insights into action plans to drive performance.
Additional Tasks:
Stay current with industry trends and make recommendations for adjustments to our social media strategies.
Collaborate across departments to ensure brand consistency.
Foster relationships with potential clients and industry influencers.

Qualifications:

Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Expertise in multiple social media platforms and tools.
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels.
Excellent communication skills and ability to express our company’s views creatively.
Experience with analytics, SEO, and web traffic metrics.
Real estate or photography industry experience is a plus.
