Social Media Manager | Lead Generation (Non-Voice)

Training and Compensation:
No prior experience required.
Comprehensive training provided over a week.
Training is fully paid and will be included in your first salary.
Salaries are disbursed every Wednesday to Thursday.
For instance, if you’re onboarded in a particular week, your training will span from Jan 8 to Jan 12. Your official start date will be Jan 15, and your first salary will be on Jan 24 to 25.
Outstanding performance during your first week can earn you a bonus of up to $120.
Role Overview:
As a Social Media and Lead Generation Manager, you’ll oversee the social media accounts of professionals who are too preoccupied to manage them. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and updating profiles on Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, and LinkedIn.
Maintaining an active online presence for your clients.
Staying updated with the latest social media trends.
Responding to direct messages, comments, and inquiries related to your clients’ services.
Engaging with followers and fostering a community around your clients’ brands.
Developing and sharing content relevant to your clients’ industries.
Lead Generation Responsibilities:
In addition to social media management, you’ll also play a pivotal role in lead generation. Your tasks will encompass:
Identifying potential clients and prospects.
Initiating conversations and building rapport with them.
Showcasing your clients’ services and offerings to potential leads.
Training:
Rest assured, you’ll receive comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills for lead generation and effective communication strategies.
Communication and Team Dynamics:
Weekly meetings will be conducted to discuss progress, address concerns, strategize for the upcoming tasks, and most importantly, announce the weekly achievers and winners. Outstanding performance can earn you bonuses of up to $120.
While communication is essential, please note that this is a non-voice role. Written communication skills are paramount.
Proficiency in English is necessary, but perfection is not. As long as you can understand and maintain good grammar in English, you’ll be well-suited for this position.
