Job Description:

As a Social Media Manager at Krailo Socials, you will be responsible for overseeing the social media accounts of our clients, with a primary focus on LinkedIn and a secondary focus on Facebook. Your expertise in generating leads and creating engaging content will be vital in driving customer engagement and brand visibility.

Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for LinkedIn and Facebook, aligned with our clients’ business objectives.

2. Lead Generation: Utilize your expertise in LinkedIn to generate high-quality leads for our clients and help them grow their customer base.

3. Content Creation: Create compelling content, including graphic posts, videos, and captivating captions, to increase user engagement on both platforms.

4. Hashtag Research: Perform in-depth hashtag research to optimize content visibility and reach the target audience effectively.

5. Analytics and Reporting: Analyze social media metrics and performance data to track the success of campaigns and provide regular reports to clients.

6. Independent Worker: Work autonomously to execute social media strategies without the need for constant guidance.

7. Social Media Reports and Contact Strategies: Generate detailed social media reports and develop effective contact strategies to enhance client communication.

8. Case Studies: Provide verifiable case studies showcasing your past successes in lead generation and content creation.

9. Trial Period: Upon hiring, the Social Media Manager will be on a trial basis for three months, during which they must demonstrate the ability to achieve lead generation and engagement results. Termination can occur at any point if results are not achieved.
