JOB DESCRIPTION:
As Social Media and Marketing Specialist you will be directly involved in maintaining and enhancing our company’s image on Social Media. You will also be involved in the marketing efforts of the company to help promote our services to the community.

Responsibilities:
– Grow company outreach from initial clients to a broader audience, driving increased sign-ups.
– Proficiency in algorithms to optimize content reach and engagement across social media platforms.
– Strong video editing skills to create compelling content like reels, carousels and inspirational videos for various platforms.
– Actively engage and convert leads into potential clients, driving them into the sales funnel for our credit repair program.
– Consistent posting schedule, creating and posting content at 3 times a day.
-You will be responsible for creating and running successful ad campaigns and editing videos on platforms such as Facebook, Fb ads, IG, Tiktok, etc.

Requirements:
– Experience maintaining an active and engaging social media presence for a business.
– Demonstrable track record of expanding a company’s client base through strategic social media management.
– In-depth knowledge of algorithms governing major social media platforms.
-In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising options.
-Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
– Proficiency in video editing software/tools.
-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
– Proven ability to convert leads and nurture them into sales.
– Respond to potential leads to put them in the funnel for my credit repair program

**You will get a percentage for signing up clients on top of your pay, the more clients equals more pay.
