Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Manager with marketing experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies on various social media platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Utilize CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce, and engage with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp. Track and nurture leads through the sales funnel, ensuring effective conversion.
Sales Funnels: Proficient in creating and managing digital marketing funnels. Leverage CRM software and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to monitor and optimize funnel performance.
Social Media Marketing: Manage and create content for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Develop engaging posts tailored to each platform’s audience, utilizing trends, hashtags, and analytics for optimal reach and engagement.

Email Marketing and Newsletters: Design and execute compelling marketing emails and newsletters. Use tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for visually appealing designs, coupled with excellent copywriting skills to craft impactful messages.
SEO Optimization: Intermediate to advanced proficiency required. Experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs), conducting keyword research, and applying on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
Yelp Business Management: Manage Yelp business pages effectively. Respond to reviews professionally and use Yelp’s tools for business promotion and reputation management.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in property management and legal services.
-Proficient knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
-Strong design and copywriting skills.
-Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies for maximum effectiveness.
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
-This is a part-time position initially, requiring 15-20 hours per week.
