Job Description:
As a Social Media Manager/Media Buyer, you will be responsible for managing our clients’ social media platforms and executing effective media buying strategies. Your role will include uploading and scheduling content, monitoring posts, analyzing performance metrics, and providing comprehensive reports to our operations manager. You will also collaborate with clients to discuss results and strategize for future campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and schedule social media content across various platforms, ensuring timely and accurate posting.
– Monitor and report on the performance of social media campaigns, analyzing key metrics and data.
– Coordinate with the operations manager to provide insights and regular updates on campaign performance.
– Assist in setting up and managing Facebook ad campaigns, including data entry and performance tracking.
– Implement adjustments and optimizations to campaigns based on the lead media buyer’s recommendations and your own analysis.
– Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on campaign performance and lead quality.
– Contribute to the team by offering recommendations for improving campaign quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in social media management and media buying, preferably in a digital marketing agency environment.
– Strong understanding of social media platforms and Facebook advertising.
– Competent in data analysis and metric-driven reporting.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data and insights clearly.
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team, showing initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
