JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to manage our account.
The primary responsibility will be to engage with growers on the platform, offering them free seed samples in exchange for detailed content and reviews. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for the growing community, and a knack for building and maintaining relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Important: we will provide training on all of the below.
– Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
– Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) to ensure it is on-brand and tailored to our audience.
– Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive community environment.
– Analyze social media metrics and insights to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts align with broader marketing goals and initiatives.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and implement them to enhance our social media presence.
– Identify and engage with influencers, brand ambassadors, and potential partners to expand our reach and influence.
REQUIREMENTS
– Excellent written English – this is important

– Good internet speeds

– Able to learn tasks quickly
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
BENEFITS:
