Position: Remote Social Media Manager – (Non-Voice)
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full Time, 8 hours per day, 6 days a week
Salary: $1000 – $1400 per month; paid weekly
Summary:
As a Social Media Manager Manager, you’ll be responsible for assisting customers through written communication, ensuring prompt and professional responses to their inquiries. This role does not involve voice-based interactions, making it ideal for individuals with strong written English language skills. While the job can be hectic at times, it’s worth noting that there are no mean, complaining or angry customers to deal with. Our main inquiries typically consist of positive feedback, to which we have to provide replies, making it a really peaceful environment to work in.
Responsibilities:
– Address customer inquiries promptly and courteously via chat
– Process customer orders and payments accurately and efficiently
– Resolve customer complaints with a high level of professionalism
– Monitor customer satisfaction levels and recommend improvements to enhance their experience
– Maintain and update customer account information as required
– Keep track of customer interactions and data using spreadsheet software
Requirements:
– Fluent English communication skills at the C2 (Advanced/Mastery) level
– Excellent written communication abilities
– Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
– Proficiency in using computers and customer service software
– Strong multitasking skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
