We are a Coaching Company based in Hong Kong, currently recruiting a Social Media Manager and lead outreach specialist.
Currently, we are the only coaching company in the industry that provides an integration of productivity, business and leverage modalities, with the purpose of helping established entrepreneurs create an abundance of profit and freedom simultaneously.
As the Social Media Manager and Outreach Specialist, your goal is to assist in growing the company through increasing its social media visibility, engagement and overall performance, followed by reaching out to potential clients from engagements to build relationship and deepen our brand reputation.
It is expected that you’ll display a high level of proactiveness toward responding to new engagements in the company’s social media accounts, and reaching out to leads and potential clients in a timely manner.
On top of managing our own company’s social media account, you will also assist in helping our clients with social media managing work & outreach.
By accepting this role, you will undergo training provided by us.
The main objective of this role involves:
> Content management and redistribution across platforms – such as Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Twitter, LinkedIn and Blog
> Social media management – Monitor, respond to, and engage with comments, messages, and mentions on our social media platforms to build meaningful connections and foster a positive brand image.
> SEO and Blog management – Republishing content to Blogs and assist in keyword research & SEO.
> Content editing – reformatting text and video content to fit it’s specific platforms
> Organic Content analytics and reporting – Tracking and analyzing social media metrics such as audience growth, reactions, comments, leads generated, calls booked…etc.
> Paid media analytics and reporting – Tracking and analyzing metrics such as CPM, CPL, Leads generated, CPA …etc
> Prospecting – Sending connection requests, outreach messages, follow ups and responding to replies from leads & prospects generated through social media engagement and social community growth.
> Market research – Compile data collected from comments, conversations and calls received from audience and potential clients.
Skills required:
> Amazing english writing skills
> Excellent communication skills with clients and prospects
> Proficient in operating Facebook and Instagram accounts
> Proficient in operating LinkedIn accounts and Sales Navigator accounts
> Understand the algorithm of Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
> Experience in email inbox management
> Experience in Google Drive, Docs, Sheets
> Prior experience managing leads and social accounts of online businesses
> Displaying traits of a detail oriented, responsible, and consistent, team player
Shift times:
> Monday to Friday, 5pm – 12am. With a 1 hour break.
> Saturday, 3 hours. Flexible timing.

Rate:
> Hourly rate starting from 4 USD / hour
> Pay rise potential according to experience and performance
> Potential opportunity to transition from part-time to full-time hours
