We are a Consulting Company based in Hong Kong, currently recruiting a Social Media Manager and lead outreach specialist on behalf of our client.
Our clients consists of established speakers, coaches and consultants based in the US and Canada. Offering educational products and programs in both B2C and B2B sectors.
By accepting this role, you will undergo training provided by us, then be onboarded to our client’s team.
Skills required to qualify:
> Amazing english writing skills
> Excellent communication skills with clients and prospects
> Experience in outreach, prospecting and appointment setting
> Proficient in operating LinkedIn accounts and Sales Navigator accounts
> Proficient in operating Facebook and Instagram accounts, with understanding of the algorithm
> Experience in email inbox management
> Experience in Google Drive, Docs, Sheets
> Prior experience managing leads and social accounts of online businesses
> High attention to detail and hold high standards to quality of work
> Display honesty, integrity, responsiveness, coachability, and self-motivation to serve & contribute.
The main objective of this role involves:
> Content management and redistribution across platforms – such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and Blog
> Social media management – Monitor, respond to, and engage with comments, messages, and mentions on our social media platforms to build meaningful connections and foster a positive brand image.
> Content editing – reformatting text for written content on social media & blog
> Video editing – to produce high quality Reels and long form video content.
> Organic Content analytics and reporting – Tracking and analyzing social media metrics such as audience growth, reactions, comments, leads generated, calls booked…etc.
> Prospecting – Sending connection requests, outreach messages, follow ups and responding to replies from leads & prospects generated through social media engagement and social community growth.
> Market research – Compile data collected from comments, conversations and calls received from audience and potential clients.
Shift times:
> 8pm to 1am Philippines time. M-F
> Extra hours depending on client demand
Rate:
> Hourly rate starting from 4 USD / hour
> Pay rise potential according to experience and performance
> Potential opportunity to transition from part-time to full-time hours
Travel: Not required
