Are you a savvy social media enthusiast with a knack for optimizing paid advertising campaigns? If so, we want you to join our team as our Social Media Manager (with Paid Ads experience). In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our online presence and driving business growth.

As our client’s Social Media Manager (with Paid Ads experience), you will be responsible for managing, posting, and maintaining the company’s presence on various social media platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google. The primary focus of this role is to optimize paid advertising campaigns and maximize their conversion rates to generate more leads.
Additionally, the specialist will be responsible for engaging with the audience by responding to messages and comments on social media content.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Create and curate engaging content to maintain an active presence on social media platforms.
Post and schedule content to ensure consistent and relevant updates.
Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
Foster a positive online community by responding to comments and messages promptly.

Paid Advertising Campaigns:
Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google.
Continuously optimize ad campaigns to improve conversion rates.
Analyze ad performance data and adjust strategies as needed.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maximize ad effectiveness.

Conversion Optimization:
Work collaboratively with the marketing team to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation.
Use data-driven insights to recommend changes that enhance the conversion rates of paid advertising campaigns.
Implement A/B testing and other tactics to improve conversion metrics.

Reporting and Analytics:
Regularly generate reports on the performance of social media and paid advertising campaigns.
Provide insights and recommendations for improvements based on data analysis.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to lead generation.

Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content creation, to ensure a cohesive online presence.
Communicate with the marketing team to align social media and ad strategies with broader marketing objectives.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing social media accounts and paid advertising campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, ad formats, and best practices.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with social media and advertising analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
