Amsterdam-based content marketing agency Super Stories is looking for a Social Media Manager: A true connector with proper copywriting as well as analytic skills to join our close-knit team.

The role:
– Social media management across multiple accounts – from content planning and creation to paid advertising campaigns
– Keep track of key performance indicators and success metrics
– Setup (with the help of our Performance Manager) A/B and multivariate tests to optimize results
– Develop, execute, monitor, and optimize all aspects of paid performance channels
– Articulate storylines to clients into numbers – Set up and evolve systems, processes, and reporting to analyze weekly and monthly channel performance
– Curate social content from compelling imagery to video and copy
– Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and monitor the competitive landscape to find unique ways to achieve KPIs
– Work across teams both internally and externally to ensure projects are progressing
– Community management, responding swiftly and tactfully
– Compile meeting agendas and follow-up meeting notes
– Assistance with our own social media channels
– Client liaison

Expectations:
– At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an agency
– Experienced with Social Media Management Tools, Meta Business Manager, and LinkedIn Ads
– You’re a writer by trade – we expect you to send us a writing portfolio as part of your applications
– A ‘can do’ positive attitude is essential
– You’re a connector at heart and a true people person
– Creativity, enthusiasm, dedication, initiative, and self-motivation are a given for you.
– Lateral thinking across multiple brands to maximize all opportunities for clients
– A team player with knowledge of pop culture, music, and lifestyle
– Proven ability to reach targets and eat data for breakfast
