Key Responsibilities:

• Communications Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between our video editor and HypeSocial , ensuring all content aligns with our brand’s vision and client’s expectations. Facilitate smooth and efficient communication channels to seek timely approvals for video content.
• Visual Content Creation: Utilize Canva to design captivating Instagram covers that reflect our aesthetic and engage our audience. Ensure all visuals adhere to brand guidelines and are optimized for social media platforms.
• Trend Research: Stay ahead of social media trends, particularly on TikTok and Instagram, by conducting regular research. Identify trending reel concepts that align with our brand’s identity and audience preferences.
• Content Brainstorming: Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and plan innovative content ideas for the week. Contribute to content calendars and strategize posts to maximize engagement and audience growth.
• You will work on content ideas with the company founder Chelsea and work with our video editors on producing the posts/video

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in social media management on instagram/tiktok: share a portfolio – applications without portfolio links won’t be considered.
• Proficiency in Canva and a keen eye for design and aesthetics
• English level C2, and have the ability to craft and edit error-free captions that sound like American native speakers.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to coordinate effectively between team members and clients.
• Creative thinker with the ability to brainstorm and contribute ideas for engaging content.
• Self-motivated, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to be online and work during 3pm – 7pm Pacific Standard Time everyday from Monday to Sunday (6am – 10am in PHT everyday)
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment, e.g. manage communications with 3 clients and release 4 posts/week for each of them.
• MUST HAVE a reliable internet connection

Salary/Compensation:
Starting $3-$4/hr, but for a very experienced candidate, we’re open to paying up to $5/hr.
