Social Media Manager – Part Time

Position:

We are seeking a long-term Social Media Manager. This position requires working during USA central time hours, 9am to 5pm.

Job Description:

This role involves handling complex and challenging tasks. It is not suitable for entry-level or beginner social media managers. Only those with experience and the ability to follow detailed strategies should apply. An assessment will be part of the hiring process.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing social media strategies
• Managing and creating content for various social media platforms
• Engaging with followers and responding to comments and messages
• Analyzing social media performance and adjusting strategies as needed
• Collaborating with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals
• Conducting SEO work to improve website visibility and rankings
• Creating and managing social media ads to drive engagement and conversions

Required Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented (this is the top qualification)
• Proficient in using social media platforms and tools (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Hootsuite)
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Experience in creating and managing social media content
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Comfortable with public engagement and interaction
• Experience with SEO techniques and best practices
• Proficient in creating and managing social media ad campaigns
