You’ll be a team player, but comfortable working on your own, interacting with our team, clients, prospects and suppliers by phone, text, WhatsApp, email and/or on Zoom.

We’ll be relying on you to deliver high quality work especially with written English with a high level of detail.

Must have’s:
• high level of written and spoken English, good grammar and spelling, ability to proofread documents
• the ability to learn how to communicate in the Managing Director’s “voice” on social media platforms to post and respond to comments
• strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
• a willingness to learn
• exceptional customer service
• grounded
• caring
• trustworthy
• fun
• 5 years minimum experience as a PA and Social Media Manager.

A qualification and background in either Business Administration, HR, Marketing and/or Psychology would be an advantage, but not required if you have the relevant experience.

This position is a remote working opportunity. You will need focus and discipline but will be supported by a small, tightknit team that cares about each other and is focused and empowering.

Initially this role will be part-time growing from 5-10 to 20 hours per week, but with the potential to grow to full time hours in 2024.

If you like what we stand for, have experience doing the work we need done and you’d love to work with us, send your CV and a cover letter explaining why you believe you would be the right person to join our team.
