My Name is Michia. My wife and I are budding social media influencers hoping to make a big name for ourselves! Professionally, we both come from tech startup backgrounds. I have run teams of hundreds of people and built a very successful startup before selling it in 2021.

We want someone to help us build and grow these over time with primarily video-based content. Separately, we love traveling and maintaining strong friendships. We will have some personal assistant tasks to make our life easier as we try to balance our full-time jobs, social media jobs, and love for traveling.

We are currently looking for Social Media Manager and Personal Assistant.

– 9AM-6PM GMT * (UK Time Zone) (These hours provide a good overlap between the US and UK. Once we move to the UK, these hours could be closer to 4AM-1PM GMT which may be more comfortable in the Philipines)
– Someone who has a minimum internet speed of at least 20mbps.

Job Description:
– Edit raw video files into long-form content to be posted on Youtube, including basic motion graphics and subtitles.
Example: Turn long-form video files into short-form vertical content, adding subtitles, graphics, and emojis.
Example: Prepare thumbnails and captions for all content, and post across multiple social media channels (Instagram,
Youtube, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter).

– For the social media tasks, we would like to run these processes for four social media brands (all run by myself and my
wife) – JetsettingJanice, AskMichia, JYRCeramics, and another gaming channel I plan to start soon. The goal is to edit and
post content that will hopefully go viral.

– Help in vetting and hiring personal staff for our family (a cleaner to come twice a week)

– Help planning and organizing personal tasks (picking out gifts for friends’ birthdays, planning weekly date nights for my
wife and me, planning weekly dinner parties with our friends, selling items on Facebook marketplace etc.)

– Help planning travel – finding flight options, best hotels/airbnbs, best things to do, best places to eat, etc.

– Personal coaching and checking in on goals (Just asking us if you did do X, Y, Z today etc.)

Note:
Video editing software – Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.
Photo editing software – Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva, etc.
Google Docs/Google Sheets – for tracking tasks and building.
