We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Executive Virtual Assistant / Social Media Manager (SMM) to join our team and support our diverse client base.

Job Description:
As an Executive Virtual Assistant / Social Media Manager (SMM), you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with their day-to-day operations and social media presence. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy individual who can handle a variety of tasks and adapt to different client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to clients, including email management, calendar scheduling, and data entry.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and manage follow-up actions.
Proficient in Google Workspace
Manage social media accounts for clients, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Monitor social media trends and provide insights and recommendations to clients.
Assist with other tasks as needed to support client success.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar role.
Experience and or familiarity with tools such as Jobber, and Go High Level is a plus but not a requirement
Proficiency in using social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and social media management tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant software.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
A good internet connection, laptop, earphone/earphone, quiet space to work, backup device, and internet connection is a must.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
